Services:
We specialize in custom products to fit your needs. From POP
Point of Purchase displays to custom made products, we can do
it all.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Orders under $100.00 will be charged a
$20.00 service fee.
PACKAGING:
All products are bulk packed.
Special packaging is subject
to a handling charge per unit.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING SERVICES:
Products will be shipped
common carrier depending on the quantity, weight, and size.
UPS Air shipments and Federal Express services are available
upon request.
Freight Shipments: LTL (Less Than Truckload) available.
We will ship through any carrier you prefer that is available
within our region.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
All merchandise is quality checked
and carefully packed.
For damaged parcel shipments please keep original packing,
note any visible damages and immediately notify your driver to
file a damage claim. (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
For damage freight shipments, please keep original packing
slip and note any visible damage on the freight bill at the time
of delivery. Call the freight carrier for an inspection. If shortage
occurs, sign receiving documents for only those pieces actually
received. Notify your carrier of the shortage immediately. DO
NOT REFUSE A SHIPMENT!
BACKORDER/PRODUCT SHORTAGE:
Due to the nature of our
business, we will occasionally run out of an item before we
can reproduce it. If this occurs we will notify you as to when
you’ll
receive your products.
When there’s a shortage in your order please contact
us immediately.
RETURNS:
No products maybe returned without prior authorization
from your customer representative. Products returned must be
in the original carton within ten days after authorization. All
authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the
purchased amount.
CUSTOM FABRICATED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
